SV110 is the fluid pressure balance valve sleeve oriented for a high performance single seat control valve for high capacity applications and offers excellent dynamic stability, suitable for harsh working conditions of high performance valve. Because of the structure of the fluid pressure on the spool of the balance, it takes only a small operating force can reach the stability regulation.
compact structure and small design of the streamlined S fluid channel causes nominal pressure drop, while the flow is large with a wide adjustable range creating a flow characteristic curve of high precision and the spool oriented area offers good shock resistance and highly reliable performance. The valve employs a single seat valve to ensure the valve sleeve is not affected by the flashing and cavitations and erosion and with minimal deterioration caused by high pressure steam cavitations environments.
